Philippians Outreach CDC Inc. was founded to extend God’s love beyond the church walls. Beginning with a ministry established in 2019 and expanding into community development in 2025, our mission is to serve with compassion, empower youth through music and media, and strengthen families through worship and outreach. Every effort is guided by faith, prayer, and a commitment to building stronger communities.
