These Terms of Service apply to ministry services provided by Philippians Outreach CDC Inc., including worship gatherings, outreach activities, youth programs in music and media, volunteer coordination, and related communications delivered on-site or online.

The organization may adjust schedules or content for reasons such as facility availability, weather, health guidance, or partner needs.
Most services are offered as part of ministry outreach. Certain workshops or events may request a fee to cover materials or facility costs. Donations are welcomed to support ongoing programs. Receipts are provided for gifts processed through the giving system.
Programs may include photography, audio, or video for ministry updates and records. Parental consent is collected for minors. Participants who prefer not to appear in the media can notify a staff member or email media@philippiansoutreach.org.
Philippians Outreach CDC Inc. takes reasonable steps to promote a safe environment, including screening of volunteers for youth roles and supervision standards. Participants remain responsible for personal health needs, medications, and emergency contacts. Notify leaders of allergies or special requirements in advance.
Behavior that threatens safety, harms others, or violates ministry standards may result in removal from an event or program. Severe or repeated violations can lead to suspension of participation.
Some services are conducted with partner churches, schools, or community groups. Each partner may set additional guidelines. When attending a partner site, participants agree to follow posted rules and instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, Philippians Outreach CDC Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in services. Insurance coverage for events may be maintained by the organization or hosting partner; coverage details may vary by activity.
The organization may limit or end access to specific services for conduct that conflicts with safety guidelines or the ministry’s purpose. You may withdraw participation at any time by notifying staff.
